When coming to Whitney for your portrait session, I know you might be running on caffeine, snacks, and sheer love right now or maybe just an empty stomach! Often the day of the session is full of chaos and short tempers, and sometimes the best gift you can give yourself is a good meal you didn’t have to make. Whether you’re craving breakfast, light snack, or a full meal with the best Mexican food in town, Whitney has plenty of spots to make your day a little easier (and tastier). Think of it as adding a small joy to your photo day, you’ve earned it.

Montes Breakfast Burritos: breakfast burritos, as well as lunch options
Twisty Donuts: variety of donut options, breakfast sandwiches, kolaches
Texas Great Country Cafe: variety of breakfast foods, pancakes, waffles, breakfast burritos, eggs, toast, and much more. The best breakfast place in Whitney!
Snacks:
Tastee Kernals: many varieties of flavored popcorn, as well as old-fashioned candies and sodas
Allsups: typical covenience store foods, drinks, snacks, small personal items, and some hot deli items

Texas Great Country Cafe: Local home cooking, in-house bakery, GREAT PIES
Tres Hermanos Mexican Restaurant: Home-owned Mexican food restaurant- MY FAV!
Bobby’s Burgers: Locally-owned burger joint. Great burgers, fries, fried green beans, sandwiches, salads fried fish, etc. GREAT SPOT! Serves Blue Bell Ice Cream too!
Grace and Graze: great variety of sandwiches, grab ‘n go options, all delicious (lunch only)
Other local fast food options for lunch/dinner: Sonic, McDonalds, Subway, Chicken Express
